What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, photo, bio and birthday
• Your public profile, friends, posts, goals and questionnaire answers
• Your location check-in history, devices and notification settings
• Your login — it is closed for good

What we keep

Records the gym must keep for its books — payments, bookings, check-ins, passes and the wallet and FIRE ledgers — stay, but without your name, email or phone on them.

Any wallet balance, pass or class pack still left is lost. Staff accounts, and accounts with an upcoming class or a payment still being checked, can't be deleted until that is sorted.
